Hotel rooms are quite good. But blanket, pillow, and bedsheets are not that clean. Not many facilities provided in the room.

summary: potentially good property poorly maintained and managed. travel type: group. 63 rooms, 2 nights. hired function room + fb for 2 nights retention: once is enough. will never go back - neither will the 100+ pax from the same group suggestion: new management, retrain & attitude adjustment all hotel staff the bad 1. dirty/wet/soapy/dusty room & bathroom. asked housekeeper to come dry but still damp 2. old and musty bath towels. no hand towels. 3. broken shower heads 4. dirty pools 5. 2-star hotel breakfast selection 6. unfriendly (to say the least) receptionists 7. 5 baht barsoap provided 8. no tissue 9. no toothbrush 10. no umbrella provided between buildings 11. water damaged door 12. dorm/child sized beds 14. in room lighting choice is daylight. workplace/hospital choice of color. not hotel 15. dirty toilets in restaurant area 16. no concierge. I guess it's a self-service hotel? the good 1. coffee from shop out front 2. bakery/ice-cream shop 3. pump track 4. restaurant manager, very helpful

Room is good and clean Receptionist she very help full either we do late checkin Breakfasts little bit upset because a la carte breakfast not buffet and the table in the outside is not clean :(

thickness of dust in ac filter, blockage faucet cause spread flow, ceiling damp with water drop, seems lack of maintain facility but all out door looks nice.

Rooms are no different from any hotel, except being very small. Garden is looking good, the pool is looking good, but on the side of being small and shallow. Breakfast is as ordinary as it can be.
